Community Connections for Change (CC4C) is registered as a non-profit organization in the State of Utah (Registration # 11663539-0140) dedicated to serving underrepresented and marginalized communities. We obtained permit (Reference# 11926761-CHAR) from the Utah Division of Consumer Protection for solicitation and fundraising.

CC4C is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a Public Charity organization with 501 (C) 3 non-profit status for EIN# 84-4825703.

Our primary goal is to empower the immigrant/refugee community of Utah. We aim to provide charitable and supportive services to those in need. Particularly, we focus our efforts on education, healthcare, nutrition, and spirituality.

Volunteers act as a bridge between organization and community, as such, they are at the core of our mission.
